This is a reminder that Microsoft plans to retire and end support for the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) desktop application on most versions of Windows 10 on June 15, 2022.
What if I use IE11 to access Office of Research systems?
eRA Commons is releasing updates to the RPPR on June 23rd, 2022. Among several changes, this release impacts the RPPR budget forms for non-SNAP awards. As a result of this update, in-progress budget form data will have to be redone if the RPPR has not been submitted to NIH before June 23rd.
Beginning today, Tuesday, May 24th, the eFECS systems may be unavailable from 7:00am to 9:00am on Tuesdays due to maintenance activities. Users may experience difficulties accessing eFECS Effort, Cost Share Module, or the Non-FEC Tagging System during that time.

The eFECS Cost Share Summary and Non-FEC Tagging systems are now on-line and available for use.
The eFECS Effort system remains unavailable due to on-going maintenance updates.
Due to continuing updates with the Effort system, users may experience short-term outages when using the Cost Share Summary system. If that occurs, please re-attempt your inquiry after a few minutes, as any outage should be minimal in duration.
The eFECS suite will be unavailable beginning 8:00 am, Monday, April 18th due to maintenance updates. The systems will be offline for up to three days.

SAM.gov will be unavailable from 4/01-4/03 to complete the final transition from DUNS numbers to the new Unique Entity Identifiers (UEI) .

Preliminary Fringe Benefit Rates for Fiscal Year 2023 are available in SAGE, as well as in the Fringe Benefit Rate Table. These rates reflect estimated employee benefit costs to be incurred by the UW in fiscal year 2023.
Use these updated rates on multi-year sponsored program proposal budgets to best reflect anticipated costs.
