F&A and Fringe Benefit Rate Agreement Update
The Federal Government recently approved the University’s FY21-FY23 fringe benefit rates as reflected in our newly updated rate agreement dated 12/29/2022.
This updated rate agreement has not changed our F&A rates and does not address FY24 fringe benefit rates.

Announcing the Spring 2023 round of the Royalty Research Fund (RRF): Proposals due Monday, March 6, by 5:00 PM
Members of the UW Research Community:
The Office of Research invites applications to the Spring 2023 round of the Royalty Research Fund (RRF) grant program. Proposals are due Monday, March 6, by 5:00 PM. Awards will be announced by June 15, 2023.
The purpose of the RRF is to advance new directions in research, particularly:
CORE course “Blueprint of a Proposal” rescheduled for January 24
Colleagues,
A system wide Zoom crash last week prevented CORE from offering the second class in its quarterly series of Certificate in Research Administration courses, “Blueprint of a Proposal.”
EL2 Salary Cap Increased for 2023
The Executive Level II salary cap limitation for calendar year (CY) 2023 was increased to $212,100 by Executive Order effective January 1, 2023.
