Cvent Event Set-Up

How do I set-up an event in Cvent?

Once a user is created in Cvent, a department/unit can begin creating events immediately.  Video tutorials and the Cvent knowledge base offer training to get you started. 

Do you offer complete event management?

We now offer support to create and launch your event in Cvent at the below fee levels.  Note that this is optional; a Cvent user can create and launch events independently for no additional cost.  Upon creation and launching the event, logistical administration will be handed over to the department/unit planner to: respond to attendee inquiries, change minor details on the event website, process refunds, make attendee substitutions, configure the virtual event site, etc. as applicable. Email pcihelp@uw.edu to get started.
