Accept a One-Time Payment

The One-Time Payment Program is designed for those University entities who have an emergency need to take a one-time credit card or ACH (e-check) payment. 

Entities who will be accepting credit cards or e-checks on a regular basis (even for a limited time), must open a University Merchant ID. To apply for a University Merchant ID please visit our Become a Credit Card Merchant page. 

NOTE: The fee for this one-time payment is 20% of the transaction volume. This covers all associated interchange and merchant fees and our institutional overhead for revenue, and cannot be passed on to the customer at time of transaction. If a chargeback occurs, your budget will be responsible for fees and transaction volume.
