Room & Resource Scheduling: Mazévo

Mazévo is a cloud-based facility scheduling and event management platform. It provides a single source of truth for everything happening in your meeting and event spaces, so no detail falls through the cracks. Manage everything from room availability, AV services, on-site staff and invoicing customized for your department.  

Mazévo is available to all UW venues/colleges/schools. Mazévo offers many features, including:

Mazévo will not replace or be used to schedule classes, nor contain any student data. 

 

UW Pricing*

The inaugural platform enrollment period will be from March 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.  Units can enroll at any time; fees will be prorated. Future platform enrollment will be per fiscal year.
