Annual PCI Compliance Training

All staff, faculty or student workers who process or handle payment cards or can impact payment card security will need to complete this training at time of hire and annually as required by the PCIDSS requirement 12.

Manager Action Required

Submit employee names, NetIDs, and Merchant IDs to pcihelp@uw.edu. Once assigned, employees will receive a link and have 30 days to complete the training. OMS will maintain compliance records.

Ongoing Updates

Email pcihelp@uw.edu to report new hires or separations within 30 days of status change
