Why OMS?
The Office of Merchant Services (OMS) is the service owner for credit card compliance, it is within our scope to manage enterprise-wide software platforms that accept various payment methods, including credit cards and ACH.
OMS negotiates low rates for the entire institution based on our overall volume, rather than having departments, colleges, or schools each secure their own contracts.
Event Registration
Our team manages two University approved options, TouchNet and Cvent, for event/meeting registration. Both options are available for either free events or those with an admission fee. Learn more about each option here.

Mazévo is a cloud-based facility scheduling and event management platform. It provides a single source of truth for everything happening in your meeting and event spaces, so no detail falls through the cracks. Manage everything from room availability, AV services, on-site staff and invoicing customized for your department.
Learning Management System (LMS)
Canvas Catalog is a LMS that includes an online course catalog customized to your department, course registration system, payment gateway, and learning platform. Canvas Catalog is native to Canvas, which allows you to publish any Canvas course in an attractive online catalog quickly and efficiently. The merchant services instance of Canvas with Catalog is open to non-matriculated UW leaners only, including the general public, alumni, etc.
