The Office of Merchant Services (OMS) is excited to announce that an enterprise-wide solution for room scheduling is now available to the University (UW). Mazévo is available to all UW venues/colleges/schools. Mazévo offers many features, including:
- Room & resource scheduling
- Payment integration
- Event billing & invoicing
- Facility request forms
- Reporting/Analytics
- Workflow and approvals
- Cloud-based solution
- Mobile application
Mazévo will not replace or be used to schedule classes, nor contain any student data.
UW Pricing*
The inaugural platform enrollment period will be from March 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. Units can enroll at any time; fees will be prorated. Future platform enrollment will be per fiscal year.
