OMS Forums
Since Merchant Services (OMS) formation six years ago, we have held quarterly workshops with a PCI Committee representing several merchants throughout the University. These workshops have provided updates on OMS platforms, new features coming online, and any security issues that have arisen. In conjunction with the committee, we have determined that all merchants would benefit from these updates.
These “OMS Forums” will occur in January-May-September of each year and provide a status report on current and new products, operational updates, and security updates. After the presentation, OMS team members will be available for 1-1 breakouts. OMS will send out reminders, zoom links and agendas through the digest as each Forum date approaches. You may subscribe to the PCIUW announcement list, or email pcihelp@uw.edu to be added to the list manually.
TouchNet Power Hour
Due to diminishing interest, the Monthly TouchNet Power Hours have been cancelled. Instead, the OMS Forum will be available for scheduled group questions and updates about TouchNet.
Previous Power Hours are archived at the TouchNet Power Hour channel on Microsoft Stream. If you are new to TouchNet, and want to set up a personal training session, please pcihelp@uw.edu.
