Cvent Usage Fees

Platform Usage fee is billed at a per registrant, per event rate of $4 each*

Virtual or hybrid events using the Cvent Attendee Hub are based on volume.

Cvent user fee is $125 per user login, per calendar year

User login must be tied to a single person and cannot be a shared email account

User login fees will auto-renew in January, regardless of when the user was created. We are not able to pro-rate or automate renewals.

If user access is no longer needed or a staffing transition occurs, email pcihelp@uw.edu to request changes to avoid automatic fees each calendar year.
