Cvent Event Fees

Billing of Event Fees 

Event fees are charged internally directly to your department MID.  Learn more about Merchant Services internal fees.   

Cvent Usage Fees  

• Platform Usage fee is billed at a per registrant, per event rate of $4 each* 

• Virtual or hybrid events using the Cvent Attendee Hub are based on volume.  

  • Please see specific pricing here if you are using Attendee Hub for an upcoming event.  

• Cvent user fee is $125 per user login, per calendar year 

  • User login must be tied to a single person and cannot be a shared email account 

  • User login fees will auto-renew in January, regardless of when the user was created.  We are not able to pro-rate or automate renewals.  

  • If user access is no longer needed or a staffing transition occurs, email pcihelp@uw.edu to request changes to avoid automatic fees each calendar year.  

* Credit card and ACH fees are not included if you are charging an admission fee.
