Approved Vendors
The following is a list of approved vendors for payment card acceptance at the University. these vendors have met all required University criteria including the use of Point to Point Encrypted terminals and agreeing to privacy and security contract requirements.
- BlueFin
- BlueFin P2PE terminals and gateway services are approved for use as part of larger 3rd party platform project. Many 3rd party vendors use Bluefin for their payment card terminals.
- Cvent
- Cvent is the primary advanced event platform at the University. Merchant Services administers the central instance for the University.
- Clover
- Clover P2PE terminals and gateway services are approved for use as part of larger 3rd party platform project. Many 3rd party vendors use Clover for their payment card terminals.
- FiServ
- FiServ is the University's payment processor. FiServ also provides payment gateway services, Point to Point Encrypted (P2PE) terminals, and invoicing/billing.
- HealthPay 24
- HealthPay 24 is the medical payment platform implementing at UW Medicine.
- TouchNet
- TouchNet is the primary e-commerce platform at the University, run and maintained by Merchant Services.
- TouchNet provides integrations with TouchNet Ready Partners. Merchant Services is in the process of onboarding current Partners into the University Marketplace for TouchNet.
- Volante
- Volante is a Point-of-Sale solution used primarily at the University and UW Medicine cafeteria locations.
