Procurement Services is excited to introduce Workday Quick Tips for Improved Navigation — a new just-in-time resource designed to guide you directly within your Workday tasks.
Rolling Out in Phases:
Workday Quick Tips will be rolled out in phases across Procurement Services to provide targeted support where users need it most. The first set of tips focuses on Expense Tasks, becoming available on March 19.
Helpful tips have been added within select Expense task fields to provide immediate guidance while you’re completing your work. These embedded tips are designed to:
- Clarify what information is required
- Reduce common errors and rework
- Improve processing efficiency
- Help you complete tasks with greater confidence
Instead of searching for a job aid or stepping away from your task, support is now built directly into the workflow.
Where to Find the Quick Tips:
While completing a Travel task in Workday:
- Hover over the small question mark icon (?) located next to certain fields.
- A helpful tip will appear with additional guidance and context to help you move forward.
