Procurement Services is excited to introduce Workday Quick Tips for Improved Navigation — a new just-in-time resource designed to guide you directly within your Workday tasks.
Travel Tasks Just Got Easier:
We’ve added helpful tips within select Travel task fields to provide immediate guidance while you’re completing your work. These embedded tips are designed to:
- Clarify what information is required
- Reduce common errors and rework
- Improve processing efficiency
- Help you complete tasks with greater confidence
Instead of searching for a job aid or stepping away from your task, support is now built directly into the workflow.
Where to Find the Quick Tips:
While completing a Travel task in Workday, simply:
Hover over the small question mark icon (?) located next to certain fields.
A helpful tip will appear, offering additional guidance and context to help you move forward correctly.
