Event Options
Our team manages two University approved options, TouchNet and Cvent, for event/meeting registration. Both options are availble for either free events or those with an admission fee. Learn more about each option.
Event Fees
The Office of Merchant Services bills internal usage of the event platforms, TouchNet and Cvent, directly to your Merchant ID Number (MID) at the close of each month. More details about the usage fees charged is available here.
TouchNet Event Sites
Creation of an event registration website for free UW sponsored events, is available in the TouchNet system for a set-up fee of $250 per event. If you are collecting an admission fee for your event, the set-up fee is waived. See a sample and learn more.

Cvent Event Templates
