Event Description:

To ensure that suppliers receive current and accurate information about the University’s purchasing and payment processes we conduct Supplier Orientation sessions that are held at our offices located on the Seattle Campus.

The session you are being invited to is a general overview, but there are other sessions in development that will meet the specific needs of suppliers needing detailed guidance on such topics as solicitations, the Ariba network, consulting and other topics as we scope the needs of our diverse supplier base. If you’d like additional supplier information now, go to our “Information for Suppliers” webpage.

Each session will include a short presentation and an opportunity to network with staff in Procurement Services and the Business Diversity Program. Please register if this general overview seems to be a good fit for you. After registering, we will send you a short survey that helps us understand the type of business you are and it will also offer you an opportunity to sign up for a 10 minute networking session with one of our staff members in Procurement Services. We will match you with an appropriate person based on your business. Our event will take place on October 7th from 1:00pm - 2:30pm. Please note that due to space limitations we are limiting the sessions to 30 attendees.
