The following conditions must be met before a convenience fee can be charged by the Vendor:
- At the time we placed the order, the vendor had to notify us of the convenience fee
- The convenience fee charge had to be billed on the invoice
- The vendor has to notify Visa that they are charging a convenience fee
Have Vendor forward us documentation showing that the above conditions have been met.
