ASTRA is the UW IT system that manages approvals for eTravel (ERs). In order for somebody with a valid UW Net ID who doesn't have status in Workday to be granted any of the eTravel roles (preparer, compliance approver, funding approver, watcher) they must be added to an internal UW Travel Services managed exception list.
To have a UW net ID added to this list, please complete the form below.
Please also provide a role 'owner'. This would be best as somebody who is responsible for the role and can handle any communications regarding it. These exception IDs will be reviewed annually to assure they are still active and required.
