Includes, but is not limited to:
• Agendas, meeting/agenda packets
• Meeting minutes, transcripts of proceedings (including AI-generated transcripts and notes)
• Recordings of meetings on conferencing platforms, etc.;
• Working notes/drafts
Official Copy: Any Office
Retention: Administrative purpose served
Disposition Method: Shred/delete
