The next Travel Information Meeting will be Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. This will be a remote session using the Zoom webinar platform.

- Submitted Topics & Q&A
Questions before & during the meeting:
- If you have any questions prior to the meeting regarding these topics, you can submit them to travel@uw.edu and we will be sure to address them during the meeting.
- During the meeting – if you have any questions related to the topic being presented, submit them using the ‘Q&A’ button in the Zoom panel and those will be addressed after the slide. If you have any general questions or questions related to a topic already presented, we will hold those until the end to answer.
IF you are unable to attend:
- The meeting will be recorded and sent via the listserv as a YouTube link a few business days after the meeting. A PDF version of the slides will also be included.
