We are aware that SAGE’s current state is significantly affecting your work.

On 7/17/2025, NIH released Supporting Fairness and Originality in NIH Research Applications NOT-OD-25-132.

The advance spend guidelines have been updated for NIH awards subject to litigation. There are two phases to this litigation. Impacted awards are eligible for 60 days advance spend from date of request. This is the case even if a thirty day advance was already requested. 

On 7/17/2025, NIH announced updated guidance on Foreign Subawards for Active Projects (NOT-OD-25-130).
