Campus will not be involved in the entry of contracts into Ariba.
eProcurement contracts will be migrated first. Then they will be input by buyer. We will have a student assisting with this input process.
Ginny, Michelle or Heather can perform these functions.
A request can be submitted through the intake link (to be added) for review and approval.
Yes, contracts that we have will be loaded into Ariba. There will be contracts we do not have copies of. Buyers will be asked to obtain copies of those contract copies for Ariba entry.
