The Enterprise Business Solutions unit is dedicated to assisting Finance, Planning & Budgeting (FPB) business units in stabilizing and optimizing financial operations after the 2023 implementation of Workday Finance & Supply Chain. The team in EBS engages in:
1. Resolution of cross-functional UW Connect tickets routed through Shared Environments (SEs) / FBP units.
- Bring together SEs as needed, FPB units, Finance Application Management (FAM), and subject matter experts to resolve issues.
- Facilitate conversations with all stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Possibly create knowledge articles and/or job aids if resolution requires it.
- Communicate solutions to stakeholders.
2. Resolution of UW Connect tickets may require creating and managing a Change Request for Workday configuration changes that goes to Workday Coordination Services (WCS).
- Submit Change Request with business owner(s).
- Manage resolution of Change Request.
3. Resolution of FDM worktag change requests in Workday.
